At THERAPISPA, your satisfaction is our priority. We handle returns and refunds with fairness and clarity, ensuring compliance with US consumer protection laws.
Returns
We have a 14-day return request policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery is recommended) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items are considered final sale for customer change-of-mind returns only:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Opened or used personal care goods (such as beauty products), for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Sale items (discounted or promotional goods).

Gift cards.
Crucial Exception for Defective Products: Notwithstanding the above restrictions, if any item—including personal care goods or sale items—is received damaged, defective, or mislabeled, it is fully covered by our standard return and refund policy. We will cover all shipping costs in such cases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you wish to exchange a defective item, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead of an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, in line with federal guidelines for credit card processing. Please remember it can take an additional 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
